HIIT Circuit Class
20 excercises in 30 minutes….and one of the most effective cardio and strength workouts out there!
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Excellent for deep release to tired or tight muscles, the Functional Flexibility class is a wonderful way to open, unwind and restore the body. Poses are held longer, enabling students to experience blissful relaxation. Great for athletes because they tend to have strong, well developed muscles that if not stretched and released, simply get tight. Tight muscles lead to injury.
